Column 1 shows the name of the commodity.

Column 2 has the contract symbol, and contract month and year. These are important for placing the correct order information to your broker.  If you are unfamiliar with the symbols, you can click on "Futures Symbols" links to better understand which futures contract is posted.  

Column 3 contains the date a trade was entered. Also specified is whether the trade is currently long or short,  or if the trade has been closed.    
  

Column 4 contains the price the trade was entered. 

Column 5 contains today's closing price or the price the trade was closed.

Column 6 reflects the gain or loss of a current position or the total gain or loss for a closed position. 

Column 7 contains the exact order information for tomorrow's markets.  This information is to be relayed to your broker.  The information is intended to be used as posted and should not be changed or altered.  If you feel you have found an error, please feel free to contact me by or by phone before the next day's market opening. Use Stops  

When you decide to make a trade, use the stops provided, as they are there to limit losses, or lock in profits, as well as reverse some trades from long to short and vice-versa.  Stops should be placed as "good 'til cancelled" when you place your order.  Do not move it unless the update information has changed. Do not use mental stops, as a market may be moving to fast for you to react before the stop level is run.  Stops are also used for initiating entry into new positions. Their use is an integral part of the trading system as conducted by the daily update. Their placement should be reviewed every day and the changes made with your broker before the opening of the next day's market opening.

Entry Orders for the CME currency markets always apply to the "Globex" trading session unless specified otherwise.  All orders for the CBT US T-Bonds are for the day session.
